Then the second night I bought some refreshments and then I found out a hole in the cabinet because is no refrigerator, I was so disappointed, so I went to the front desk again and guess what they said “ that is what you reserved not me, you want a refrigerator? Is going to cost you, I travel a lot, and I haven’t ever seen a room with no refrigerator, and they wanted me to pay for. I think that just for the inconvenience they should it just give me another room. I asked again for another room, they said yes but again is going to cost you. They fix the problem but now just was draining slow. So I proceed to go and talk to them, I asked for another room and they said yes but is going to cost you, but we can just send someone fix it, and I was not accountable with someone being my room when I was not there, but they did and I had to leave because we had reservations for dinner. I took a video and picture to show them in the front desk. I took a shower and the bathtub was not draining, just like that I had 6” of water. Then we proceed to go to our room, the room was all cover this horrible smell, the carpet did look dirty. From the first day, the person in the front desk was rude, like on a hurry. I just went 3-19-2023 To celebrate our 20th anniversary of marriage. Horrible experience.! I have been going to this hotel for the las 10 years I haven’t stay anywhere else.
